We had a Telkom line and ASDL with Telkom under my wives name. The lines were on or about 25 June 2013 and despite the fault being reported Telkom failed to repair. They kept on billing us despite us not having any lines and was the subscription cancelled with immediate effect due to Telkom's ongoing breach of contract. A total amount of R 569.60 was paid under protest to avoid a negative credit rating and is Telkom failing to pay this amount back to us. Telkom insisted on a 30 day notice for cancellation which is incorrect due to their ongoing breach of contract. Kagiso who was attending to the problem is now blocking my e-mails. A Telkom consultant admitted that she could see on the system that there was no activity on the relevant line since 25 June 2013.
