We had a query on our account in November - as Telkom put us on the Weekender package which we did not order and the billing department told us it would be rectified and sent us an sms with a new amount to pay which we paid and now they say that amount was wrong and our account is in arrears - we still have the sms sent to us by Queenie Chetty and the billing department are denying it and demanding we pay but told us they are looking into the matter - to date we have still not had a response or assistance - Telkom billing department give shocking service - they are rude, unhelpful and incompetent - they have messed up our installation from the beginning - now they want us to pay for their mistake! We are still waiting for a response to our last complaint about Telkom on Hello Peter. We need another telecommunications service provider in this country =- Telkom!
