No Feedback or Calls from Telkom

Escalation Reference nr: ARS222454 from Palesa at Telkom Escalation Team.
After a complaint to Telkom on Hellopeter on 19th February i only reciebed a mail on the 20th with a reference number from the above person. telkom has not phoned yet to resolve this matter. The telephone is still suspende after it was made clear that the cancellation fee charged was not goint to be paid unless i get the original voice recording. Phoned telkom this morning to enquiere and it was said they can't do anything to open the line must wait for telkom to contact me or reply on the email which we have been doing every day without any feedback or response! I need someone to phone me TODAY and sort out this mess of Telkom
