I sent my HUBBY to buy R60.00 Telkom voucher at Total garage Mandalay31/07 one of the digits was not clear. So yesterday he went to Telkom as in the voucher it states if any problems contact Telkom, he was assisted by Suzette first she said he needs to go back and when he refused to she then assisted by escalating the query not sure if at their Head Office. Today he received sms that THEY COULDN'T LOAD THE VOUCHER AS IT WAS NOT CLEAR. Now question is what must we do with the voucher must we just loose our money just like that??? why can't they trace it with serial number??? WE WANT OUR R60 OR ANOTHER VOUCHER WE ARE DEFINATELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE FEEDBACK THEY NEED TO Do better than that.
