Since July 2011 I have tried to renew my contract and change it from a Casual Chat 100 to an All Week 100 - Cell C even sent me the new phone!!! But the contract has never been changed (I was promised it would be charged at R69.00 per month and I am being billed R127.00 per month), I have called, emailed numerous times and even cancelled my contract, which Cell C acknowledged and said it had been changed to a Pre-Paid! I am still being billed and everyone I speak to at the Call Centre says they can see it's been noted and that they will escalate the problem! Yeh right!! It's been escalated for 18 months and still nothing has been sorted out, this is my last resort before I go to the Ombudsman!!! So Cell C, are you going to actually sort my problem out now??? Very Very Disappointed in Cell C's service!! I have three numbers with them in total and have had my contracts with them for many many years!
