What Now?

Towards the end of 2012, my husband received a letter of demand from Virgin Mobile's attorneys claiming we owed the company in excess of R10, 000.00! I contacted the attorneys in question and sent them the require letter stating that we had contacted Virgin Mobile via all possible forms, telephone, email even visiting the store personally in order to cancel the contract with them. We had done our bit, now they wanted to sue us for somebody not doing their job! Needless to say, we have since never heard anything from either Virgin Mobile or their attorneys, which is actually very rude. So now what Virgin Mobile? Have you decided to take the cost on yourselves and ensured that any negative marks against my husband's credit record have been removed? wonder if this will even be answered.
