Good day Peter,
i need your intervention and help Please. i took a contract with Vodacom in May 2013, the Company called Elite Mobile called me and offerd me a cell phone, i accept the offer 30 May 2013. She told me that i will pay R84.00pm every month end. i presume that its the end of the month (May) so i will probably pay end June, i agree. i received my cel phone, i think on the 7th June
i was surprised to get sms from Voda that the debit order of R275.00, did not go through which according to Voda was supposed to be paid within 48hrs after i received my phone, and this was not explained to me, otherwise i wouldnt have agreed to take the phone. i was surprised and shock to hear this. Last week i called Voda to find out why so much and was told that if the debit did not go through, they charge me R100.00 (so much?) and when the lady from Elite spoke to me she did not explain these hidden agendas.
i am not happy about the R100 that i must pay, as a penalty, this was not explained to me
