Vodacom
Daylight

After 3 months of contacting vodacom and explaining that i have a problem with my debit orders, and so by the way monitoring my bank account and then paying Vodacom supplier via EFT Account up to date.
This month i get told that due to my debit orders not going off twice i must now pay R210.00, My monthly fixed bill is R298.00, that equates to paying 35% fine because my debit order did not go off, even though my account is up to date and i informed Vodacom of the problem.
Today my sim and phone is disconnected, Upon discussing the problem with one of the service agents i am told " Sorry but the previous agent i spoke to should have given me the option of stopping my debit order until my problem is sorted out, but there is nothing she can do, Pay up to get reconnected."
Now the joke of everything is where in your life do you get fined for paying your account up to date.
I am with 3 service providers none of the others have a problem, monies due recieved and happy.
Why does Vodacom think they have the monopoly and can do just what they want to their customers? this is one customer that will never again take out a contract with Vodacom, i will rather do without a Cell.
