3 months Debit order date STILL not sorted

If there is one company name that makes me cringe, it is Cell C. I have told everyone I know never to go with Cell C.
It has taken me since February to change my banking details as well as date of debit order and every month I receive sms from Cell C informing me that I am in arrears, my account will be suspended and my phone disconnected!
EVERY MONTH - no matter who I speak to!! I spend at least 3 hours on the phone with them to sort it out EVERY MONTH and every month the same happens!! Are they operating in the dark ages that their systems cannot be updated!! Vodacom did it for me on another contract in 12 hours, no problem.
I have now incurred more and more debit order banking charges, this affecting my credit rating never mind the frustration and having to find time in the day to sit chatting to Cell C about me problem. And every month I have to go through the same story the same questions and no one ever seems to know who the previous person that attended my call is, and oh lets not forget the promise that a SUPERVISOR will come back to me to assist me. That NEVER HAPPENS. even if they promise you that they will, trust me they DONT. HAD ENUF!!
