BAD CREDIT RECORD DUE TO MISTAKES ON COMPANY'S SID

In July 2012 I requested that I wanted to end my contract. On 12 July 2012 I was informed via email that my next debit order would be on 15 July 2012 and the FINAL debit order would be on 15 September 2012. I honoured those obligations. When I applied for a contract with Vodacom on 26 June 2013 I found out from TransUnion that I had a bad credit record due to the non payment of the instalment due on 15 October 2012. I subsequently paid the amount of R221 and received a letter from Virgin Mobile stating that my account has been settled but the bad credit record is remaining
