Activation of Vouche

I have been calling AFRIZON trying to activate the Homemark gift voucher that came with my contract renewal phone and each time i'm told the voucher will be activated after 24 to 48 hrs, and that i'll get an sms confirming that the activation is done. Nothing has happenned yet after having called 3 times and getting the same response. I do not understand why it would take that long to activate a voucher and i'm not told why each time the activation does not take place.
I think it will be better if the consultants new what they are doing..

for now they not responding the phone call on this number, as I wanna activate the gift card from homemark. its look like Vodacom misleading the customers. They don't have the deal
