Equested to pay after 8 months of settling accoun

I had been struggling to pay my monthly credit obligations a few years ago. Virgin Mobile then handed me over to DCCM attorneys with an amount of around R1400 and I made arrangements which I could not honor all the time, I would pay and skip. On my credit profile, the virgin contract phone shows as "written off" in OCT 2011. However DCCM attorneys kept calling me to settle the account after it was written off (understandably so). I managed to settle it in 03 September 2012 with a settlement amount of R - R1600, but I paid R1650 in order to avoid come backs.

This year, I received an sms requesting a FINAL DEMAND of R2 341 for the same debt I had been instructed to settle. DCCM attorneys received the R1650 settlement I had paid... then in 2013 they got instructions from virgin mobile to collect an amount of R2341.79.

I have been working hard to maintain a clean credit record since I paid off all my bad debt in 2012 and such credit tactics are taking me 10 steps. the employees at virgin mobile take this matter as a joke maybe its because of my polite nature. Sthembile Mdlalose promised to send me a statement, but has failed, then ignores my calls. Please HELP!!!
