My vodacom contract expired wit autopage in June 2012 and I requested that my contract be cancelled, my contract was cancelled in August 2012 (after a 3 month notice period and paid up full by means of debit order), yesterday I did an check on my ITC credit record and to my SHOCK autopage said that I still owe them money and that my acc was in the red since September 2012 up until now. How can they do that without communicating with me? Thanks to their incompetence my credit record is showing badly on me and is affecting my financially very bad.
