I have been to Vangate Mall for a software upgrade 10 days ago, since then my new Blackberyy Z10 has just switched after 3 hours without warning this after I have fully charged the battery. I then went to another Vodacom branch and they advised me to go back to Vodacom Vangate mall as this was indeed a software problem and if they were to redo the software they would charge me as well. So I went back to Vangate mall when I arrived there on a Sunday they said they don't do software ugrades over the weekend. I should return in the week. Which I did a few days when I came there the person that allegedly does the upgrades was not in and nobody else could assist me which I find very strange with all that staff and only one perosn to do upgrades. I then went a few days after this to be told that they do not have a laptop available at the moment but i should leave my number and they would call me later in the day or the following day when they have the laptop its been around 5 days since then and I have not received a response. This is such pathetic service and therefore I have lost faith in Vodacom!
