So last night (24/07/2013 @ 20:11) i called the Cell c call centre wanting to find out about the friends and family benefit of which i was advised that i could dial 142 to activate as the consultant did not have the access. Furthermore i asked about changing my tarrif as i was on the all day which charges R1.50 a minute. I then called friends and family as advised and activated 0789154673. After that i called the number and realised that i did not recieve any discount and R3.00 was deducted even thi i spoke for 59sec as per my phone.
When i called the call centre again Rudzani advised me that i spoke for 1:01 instead of 59sec that reflects on my phone, he futhermore told me that it takes some time for friends and family to be activated by sadly i was advised on my first call to the call centre. I then asked for a manager and a few sec later the call was dropped.
at 20:53 i spoke to Dudu and i was met with attitude and when i asked to speak to the manager i was told they all on sup calls, which clearly means that im not the only one with issues. That call as well after holding for a few minutes was cut short due to the network on their side i presume.
