I have received the worst customer service ever at the Centurion Mall vodacom. firstly i received a phone without software which when I took it to Broolyn mall vodacom, i was charged for sofware upgrade R100 and R70 for tranfering of data to the new phone. In less than a week the very same phone WAS BOOKED FOR FAULTY SOFTWARE as it started to switch itself on and off.

Secondly the way that the package of the contract was explained to me was not what i agreed on and got in the end.

Why does vodacom have salespeople or consultants in their shops if they are not trained about the services and in the process give us the bad service and incorrect information.
