I have an incoming telkom line. I recently moved to JHB and my mother lives alone at the address where the phone is connect. My mother is old. On Sunday i called her on the land line, the call did not connect, To my surprise the line was disconnected due to me not paying the rental. telkom doesnt even notify me as the account holder that it is time for me to renew the line. No one gave me a call regarding this. My mother did advise me that there was a recording that played when she answered the line once, but that is not acceptable. What happened to common courtesy? i could not even get an sms to advise me to renew the line. yet i get smsd daily about other promos within telkom from TELKOM!!! you guys and this is pathetic service from youll makes me want to cancel the entire line and move to a telecom co that treats us better!
