So I get an iPhone 5 as a gift... but only managed to get a Nano sim a week later. i used this phone for 6 DAYS and the battery dies within 5 hours without me using it and it needed to be on charge all the tme. So 2 weeks later, Vodacom comes back to me and says that it was a software problem... keeping in mind that the new software has only been released yesterday. I think this is totally disgraceful. I have never been more disappointed with Vodacom. I REFUSE to take that phone back as it should have been replaced when i initially took it to Vodacom 2 weeks ago. Furthermore, the customer service at the Vodacom Repair Centre is pathetic. I want to speak to someone in higher authority... and i will be writing to Apple Headoffice to tell them about the bad name these service providers are giving them. If its not too much to ask- i would like feedback maybe within the next 24 hours??? if its not too much to ask?.. Thanks
