Still no feedback from 26/09/2013 after Hellopete

I have still not received any call from the billing dept on my report written on 26/09/2013. Although MTN placed a standard response on the initial HP log, that someone will call me back, I have not received this call, I am still waiting. This is the exact same feedback received from the call centre and email. The only feedback that a refund on the incorrect data billing was due to me, yet my entire bill was deducted with no credit. The airtime and sms's due to me is still not resolved.
My initial escalation to MTN was 12/09/2013 and still nothing.
