I complained last month about debits on my account for WASP services that I did not subscribe to. Autopage refused to refund me the R139 that they deducted on my account. I STILL HAVE THE NO REPLY ON THE SMS FROM THE WASP SERVICE. I SENT THE NO SMS WITHIN 2 MINUTES after receiving as sms stating
"Welcome: [URL Removed] This subscription service is charged at R20 per day..." I immediately replied stop to this sms! I did not request any such subscription!!
Just go and Google "Mobthumbs" and see the amounts of complaints, also referring to the complaints on Hellopeter.com.
But still Autopage supports the WASP services. Are getting a kick back from the wasp services???
