This is my response from MTN after posting a complaint on the 16th April, but we are still being billed for an sms bundle that was supposed to be cancelled. MTN is useless

We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
Kindly note that the package has been updated to MTN 350 TopUp and the SMS bundle cancelled.
Regarding the previous requests this was escalated to the relevant management team to investigate and advise accordingly.
We are really sorry for your bad experience with us and hope, you will give us a chance to offer you a level of service desired by you.
