Disgusted at the total disregard for customers

I applied for a new line on my existing account with MTN on Friday the 28 June 2013. I had called the call center, completed the telephonic application and my contract was approved the following tuesday (ref num NS 4503548). During the application it was said that the phone will arrive between 5 - 10 Working days. I then followed up on the progress of the order on the Monday 8 July 2013 (ref num -AN4517879) and was told by the call center that they need to escalate this to the admin dept who would then call me. This call never came. I then followed up again on the Wed 10 July (ref num PM 4524042) and the call center agent said her system was very slow and she would call me back in 15 minutes. Once again the call never came. It is now the 16 July and still no feedback what so ever. It is absolutely disgraceful that a company like MTN shows total disregard to established clients. Can someone please get back to me ASAP or else I will be taking my old and new business to a company who wants clients.
