So i use my ph yesterday morning (23/07/2013) & im left with R320 odd airtime. After 9am suddenly im unable to do anything external with the phone! No outgoing calls, no sms's & I cant use the data. The problem is still persisting after calling them on 5 diff occasions & going into the store. Now suddenly i check my airtime this morning, R90 left! Where the is the other R230 if I was unable to use the ph? & why is my ph still not working, ive switch the simcard into another ph already & still the problem persists so obviously its not the ph thats the problem. Everytime i call i must reboot the ph and still i cant make use of this contract that im paying for! my data of 210 odd MB is also missing suddenly, where to though? If its me i'd take full responsibility but i cant use the phone so where did it go to? My USD # is 2437176, i have kept records of every time i've called them and only once have someone actually tried to help me. the other 4/5 times i was basically told that its my problem. Could something please be done about this because its been more than 24hrs now & MTN is definately not going to credit me for my problems
