I am on a mtn 350 top up contract and have a blackberry phone. I noticed the last few days that my airtime is just getting depleted... this seemed to be very strange because i never had this problem before. We then realised I dont have any more BIS/Blackberry services, but how can MTN just stop this service? I have a two year contract and no where did it say that the BIS service will just be stoped???
So i thought ok, ill get a data bundle .. what a this seems to be. I read a reply on another complaint posted on 17 April 2013 about this same problem. If i pay for airtime, why cant i convert that into data bundles??? why must i go and spend extra money for airtime when i pay for it already every month? this is utter bull@#$& and trust me once my contract is up with mtn, i will not think twice about taking my business to another service provider.
