So I'm on the vodacom contract for an Htc one.
So everybody knows when we buy data and it reaches 3MB, it sends you a notice that your data is about to finish.
What happened the passed few days, is just plain frustrating. I never received the notice, and when I checked my data balance it tells me I still got 8MB. But instead it's been eating away at my airtime. From R90 to almost nothing left!!!
Then yesterday I recharged and bought airtime, and now suddenly the 8MB starts reducing!!! So it wasn't a system glitch where the data was used up but showed there was still 8MB remaining, so why the did my airtime reduce so much!!!
I demand a refund!!!
This is rediculous!! And I'm not the only one that experienced this, my boyfriend had the same problem!!!
