I had R500 airtime on my top up package from MTN on the 13/11/2013 I loaded R100 airtime on my top up card to transfer that in to 500MB in the morning on the 14/11/2013 by 4:30 I had no Data and only R142.39 airtime left.
I went to see the girl at Galaria MTN and she said it was subscriptions and blocked all subscriptions from my phone I bought R 100 airtime again and transfer that to 500MB.
I tried to find out who is the people who took my airtime and bundles and MTN is unable to tell me. I am still waiting to get this resolved.
