Autopage emailed me as before same old story put your phone on 2G otherwise updating takes your airtime... Here is the problem if there is airtime I understand this theory ;the problem is no matter what I pay the phone shows 0 airtime Some months back I paid - R300 ahead of what is required but still no airtime
This is now according to me past the redicculous I pay good money and Autopage is in breach of the topup contract because they do not give the airtime I pay for ..they say they allocate it... definately not to my cell
I have been unable to call for most of the contract always no airtime
This issue is and has been unresolved for 2 terms of this contract all I get is promises but never any airtime
I have learned my lesson never have a contract for airtime rather have what you need when you buy it
I am fast becomming an advertisement against the use of any celphone contract I will definately spread my experiences to warn others
