MISSING AIRTIME AND BIS DE-ACTIVATED

First ref: A6-ONVG-Z927K - I made use of a gift of one hour talk time, within the prescribed time spam given to me by Vodacom. Suddenly after a few minutes the call was ended. I still had about R 49 airtime left before the call. After the call I had no airtime left. Despite numerous online chats I still only get an apology for the inconvenience and the assurance that the matter is under investigation. It is now almost three weeks later. Second ref: S3-T6B36-6QHUF - I purchased BIS for R 59 on the 15th of Nov 13 which is supposed to be valid for 30 days. Suddenly today I'm unable to use BBM and Whatsapp. When I contacted Vodacom, I was told that yes they see the purchase and I have the date right. But unfortunately, the system de-activated my service in error. I was then told, and I quote Zama: " I'm going to escalate it to our blackberry back office for credit and activation." BUT, I can only expect some kind of response in the next 24 - 48 hours! A response is going to take that long? How long will it then take to resolve the issue? And how do they plan to 'credit' me? How long still to complete the investigation regarding the missing airtime?
