From the day of 4th July i submitted my insurance claim i was told by the m.t.n consultant that i will get my feedback within 48 working hrs. Now i;m in the darkness, i phoned them their phone keeps on ringing without being attended to. I keep on paying my subscription monthly money. my business has stopped because of not having a phone. Thats bad service telling us that we will be be attended in 48 hrs.
