No feedback on insurance claim

I booked my phone in for water damage on 4 January 2012. I filled in a insurance claim form at the same time as the consultant told me that water damage is unlikely to be repaired. After not hearing anything form them I phoned them on Monday 14 January 2013 to follow up. Alisa told me that the phone has been back since the same day I booked it in and that it cant be repaired. She told me that she would submit the insurance claim and that it will take 2 days. Two days later I still did not year anything from them so I phoned again. Alwyn told me that they cant find my insurance claim form and that nothing has been submitted. I now need to fill in a new claim form and wait another 2 days. They promise that the insurance claim takes max 48 hours but mine has been taking close to 14 days already.
