I would like to thank Ratish Kandahai who is a Content Claims divisor working for Outsurance -Centurion for the excellent service he gave me when I submitted my claim.
Ratish gave me an excellent service, great attitude and was willing to go an extramile. He assisted me with my claim and even called me on my cell phone after hours to get the details I couldn't provide him during the day when I was at work.
He was so patient with me and he kept his word phoned me back the exact time he said I was going to call me and my claim was submitted on time.
I couldn't believe it -my claim was submitted on Monday afternoon after 04:30 pm, the next day-Tuesday being the holiday and he phoned me on Wednesday Morning saying my claim was approved -positive feedback!
