Vodacom Service is a No GO

I have given in my cell phone for an insurance claim @ Vodacom on 02.01.2014 without hearing from them I went into the branch to get an update from them they advised they are awaiting the insurance company to approve my claim that was in the morning 23.01.2014 I phoned again in the afternoon they had the same answer I then asked for the insurance number they gave it to me and I find out from the insurance that the claim was not submitted at all from Vodacom so I submitted a claim 21days later. The branch in Tygervalley is not organised at all when I got there to hear what is wrong with my phone the techinician told me my phone repairs cost R9232.77 to repair I told him it is insurance claim he just stood there and looked me without any feedback he then went to call his supervisor she advised she will send in my claim directly and yesterday when I phoned there was no claim as yet.
