The past few weeks I have been getting extremely high ping rates on my Telkom ADSL Internet. Normally I would usually get a ping rate of around 37ms, but now I'm getting ping rates as high as 180ms and up. This is causing extreme problems with my online gaming because those high ping rates cause extreme lag and latency. I have contacted Telkom about this problem several times and they keep telling me that the problem has been resolved, but I'm still getting high ping rates. Especially during the day on weekdays. Since Telkom seem unable to sort out this issue the only thing left for me to do is switch to a different Internet Service Provider. If they don't get my ping back down to 37ms then I'm switching to a different ISP.
