AUTOPAGE - FINRITE INSURANCE CLAIM

My phone was on the 12th of April 2013, i reported it, blacklisted my phone & submitted all the relevant documentation as requested the same day to Louisa van Greunen at Autopage.
Thereafter i called and mailed various times regarding my claim to Louisa at the Fochville Autopage branch, eventually on the 19th of April when i phoned her again her reply was that the insurance had not responded yet and that she was still waiting and that she could not yet get back to me as she had to attended her daughter's "parents meeting". - U can imagine the frustration at this point, having to accept personal issues as an excuse for bad service.
I then contacted Finrite Insurance directly, where i resubmitted all the relevant documentation, Karin du Toit from Finrite then finalised the claim and authorised everything as i was holding on the phone.
Today, the 8th of May 2013, i have still not received my new phone, nor any feedback regarding my claim. I phoned Finrite Insurance and was holding for 25 minutes, when i got cut off.
I find this ridiculous as a coworker - also Autopage - put her claim in 3 days ago, and was phoned to pick up her phone today... EXPLAIN that Autopage?
