I applied for credit life claim on the 6th of June 2013.I still had not received any feedback from a Finrite up until I called the call center on the 1st of Aug, for feedback only to find out the gentleman that has been dealing with my claim is no longer working there. The consultant told me to e-mail the call center supervisor. He said she is the only one that can delegate work to individuals. In which I did send the e-mails. I have sent 2 e-mails seeking feedback. She still has not responded. I am so disappointed with the handling of this claim, it's as if no one is willing to take responsibility. I need to know who is going to be held accountable for the monthly interest accumulated, from the day the claim was logged considering that claim was submitted on the 6th of June?
