11 weeks and counting to fix a phone

I sent my Galaxy S3 in for a repair of a cracked screen on the 3rd of May 2013. On the 28th of May 2013 I confirmed the quote for repair. It is now the 11th wrrk since I sent my phone in- a far cry from the 4-6 weeks I was originally told. When phoning both the Brooklyn Branch i am told that the phone has been sent to the supplier. When phoning the call centre i am put on hold for 10mins and then told that they cannot find the phone in the system but that they will track it and gwt back too me. Brooklyn Autopage has also told me on numerous occassions that they will enquire with tje head office and get back too mno one has actuallly confirmed that my phone is in their possession. This has been going on for the last few weeks. I have been patient and given them time to fix the phone but I am now growing tired of the empty promises tardy service
