Extremely dissatisfied with service regarding my new Samsung Galaxy S4, purchased from Autopage Cellular Menlyn. Phone repeatedly freezing, switching off, restarting, and changing battery life. When I went back to Autopage Menlyn it was suggested that I go to Samsung Brooklyn to have the software reloaded, and if this does not work I should return and my phone would be replaced. Samsung Brooklyn was helpful and tried reloading but the phone is still not working.By then, Autopage Brooklyn was closed, so I had to go home and return the next day. I telephoned to confirm that Autopage Brooklyn could assist even though I had purchased the phone at Menlyn. When I went to Brooklyn (I had now had to travel to three different shops on different occasions), I was informed that my phone could not be replaced because of a piece of cardboard packaging that was missing from the box (ridiculous, because all other documents and phone equipment was present). I was advised that phone repair would take 6 weeks, and that no loan phones were available from either Brooklyn or Menlyn Branch (again, ridiculous). It was suggested that I take my phone through to Midrand as service may be faster there.
