Worst service ever, three days to blacklist

6-7 weeks ago my son dropped his phone, we contacted the branch at Montana and booked the phone in... after three weeks i inquired about the progress and did not receive an update after i was told that they will call me back. after a day of waiting i called the head office in Mid-rand and did not receive any info there. after calling the insurance people they told me (but this was after a struggle) i will get my phone back on the 18th of Sept 2013. it is the 26th today NO PHONE. my wife left her phone in the restroom today in Brooklyn mall and after we realized this we went back to see if it is still there (this was within 5 min) needles to say that we did not find it and after tracking the phone it was traced to the city center of Pretoria within 30 min. we went to the Autopage in Brooklyn mall to report it /lost and to blacklist the phone. after endless paperwork we found out that the phone will be blacklisted in 3 days and only then can we go to the police as they need the ITC nr to proof we blacklisted the phone. i went to Vodacom and MTN and both confirmed that they can do it immediately, so why cant Autopage do the same??
