I must understand after 8 weeks

On 13 dec, i sent my galaxy note in for repair at Autopage cellular clearwater mall. I have been phoning weekly since the beginning of January to check on the status of the repair. Last week they told me that it was on the way from repair centre. On Saturday 2 Feb it was still at the store and actually it was not repaired. I then requested the branch manager. Its now nearly 8 weeks. She went on to tell me that there is nothing she can do and that actually she is not autopage but like MCD trading as Autopage and they were responsible for sales only. The rest is between my self and autopage and If i have a problem i must take it up with them. I then asked her for the call centre number, which she gave me and I then called them. After once again being told that there was nothing i could do till Monday and that the phone was still in fact in for repair. Andrew, supervisor then told me that in fact that the part that needs replacing has only 6 months warranty and if I accept a charge for R481 they will repair it. When asking for a replacement phone i was told that I must understand that they cannot replace a phone for an internal battery. After 8 weeks, i DO NOT NEED to understand.
