EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Took my cell to autopage in N1 City on 28 March 2013 because it could not charge properly. Its now 7 weeks later and I still do not have a phone. I have been calling the head office for the last 5 weeks to check on the status of the repair. I have many conversations with their managers etc. First they could not find my phone on there system, then it was only booked in to their repair centre on 19 April. then after many escalations on their part, I'm still without a phone. today I phoned again, but as usual they tell you to hold on and then without warning put you through to another person, this person has now told me that my phone is beyond repair and has water damage. I took this phone in, working condition to the n1 city branch, now they want to tell me about water damage.2 weeks ago I was told the repair technician is busy with my phone, surely if it had any water damage, then it could have been picked up on 28 march in n1 city. they still downloaded my cell contacts etc. from the phone. I've been a client of autopage for over 13years and this is the service I get. Last week I was told that Nazeem Omar (service manager) has approved a months free billing. I want my phone.
