No SERVICE, No CARE

So my phone has been showing 'no sim', I went in to have to checked out, only to be told they not sure they have been having network problems, but think I need a sim swop IF my sim is old..but they can't help me today - they OFFLINE. They suggest I try Eastgate who MIGHT be online. I request if they could check before I drive through .. Response .. 'no, ..they won't answer their phones'.

So the next day I take a trip to Eastgate ..At least he could tell me straight off that my sim card was over 5 years old..but guess what..can't help you... we OFFLINE. I was told to try the other store at Eastgate...(on the other end of Easgate)..and no, this store can no not call them (surprise). At the other store ..Sorry offline, can't help. And no one can say how long they will be offline for!!

Next day, back at Bedfrd ..Empty store ..no wonder ..they offline can only do upgrades no sim swops!!

Call this morning to check, 'you need to come in in order for us to know if we are still offline because we haven't tried to process one yet' ..have you ever?!

A 'TELECOMS SERVICE PROVIDER ' that offers NO service or NO solution nor will they answer their own calls?!

Am I with the wrong provider?
