Terrible customer service

I gave my blackberry bold 9900 in for repairs at the Victoria centre Autopage on the 25/02/2013. the screen was rolling and illegible. They told me about the 4 to 6 week turnaround time. After 3 weeks i checked with autopage and they sent an email to the repair ctr saying they will contact me in 24hrs, this did not happen. I checked with them again the next week and got the same response. I contacted Autopage head office and was told the phone was ONLY sent on the 19/03/2013 to the repair ctr. I still received no response from Autopage. On the last day of the 6th week, I still had no response from the autopage. I called the head office and was told that my phone was sent to the mtn repair ctr on the 03/04/2013. How can it take 6 weeks to send a phone for repairs and as yet i have had no feedback from Autopage other than when i call them. i do not have the phone that is part of my contract but am still paying the full amount requested, in effect paying for Autopage to give me this terrible service. there are many more details pertaining to this repair that i have had to leave out due to space constraints.
