I have a contract with mtn for R100 for 100 minutes anytime and I didn't make any calls for this month but today when I check my balance it said Balance due R251, I called mtn and they told me that there's a company called samber trading that is taking my money, when i was trying to explain to mtn call centre consultant that I know nothing about that company and there's no way I could have subscribed with them because I am not even using a smart phone the rude so called Sfiso Monde or something slammed a phone on my ears. From what I have seen on the net is that lot of people using mtn have experienced this and what I failed to understand is that if mtn is aware of the matter from 2005 why haven't they sorted this with this so called samber company.
