On the 19th June 2013 I took my phone to Vangate MTN as it would not switch on. We were told that it would either be fixed or replaced as it was still within the 6 month warranty period. One week later my fiance received a called saying that the phone will only be sent for repairs then (The contract is in his name).
Another week later he was told to collect the phone (this seemed too good to be true) and when he got to MTN Wardah told him that she has to send it away again as it now does not want to charge or switch on.
I am without a phone for more than a month now and MTN at keeping us up to date with what is happening, unless we call.
I am so fed up with MTN and Wardah's endless excuses!!!
