Vodacom
FAULTY NOKIA LUMIA 820

I took out a new Nokia Lumia 820 phone when I upgraded in April 2013 from Vodacom Sasolburg. One month later in May the phone started giving problems, the screen went blue. It was booked in on 21 May 2013 and I received it back on the 31st of May, I was told that the LCD was replaced. The same day when I put my sim card in and switched it on; as soon as I made or received a call the screen went black, I had to switch it off after each call. I took the phone back to them and told them I want another phone because I was still in my 6 months period. They refused. The phone was sent again for repairs on the 3rd of June it was booked again for repairs and on the 6th of June I received a SMS that my phone was ready for collection. I went there and was told that the reason for the fault was the screenprotector that I bought from Vodacom. I told them that that was not true and told them I am not going to take that phone and that I wanted another phone. They refused to give me another phone and I left the phone with them.
