I ported over from Nashua mobile MTN to Nashua mobile Cell c in November 2012 and ever since then people complain that they can not reach me I have since then tested it a few times myself and what happens is you have to dail my number a couple of times before they eventually get through to me, I reported this with my service provider Nashua Mobile and they logged it with Cell c and up to date they were just told to fill in a Network investigation form and send it to a different email address, they did this on the 6/06/2013 and to date have not recieved a ref number or any indication that something is being to done to rectify my problem. I would please like someone from cell c to call me and sort out my problem or I would like my number ported back to MTN as I never had this problems with them before, while testing my phone my daughter called me 17 times before eventually getting through to my number and this is unacceptable. I would like feedback on this matter as soon as possible.
