BAD SERVICE BAD REPAIRS

I TOOK OUT A CELL C CONTRACT HAD THE PHONE FOR A MONTH THEN ONE DAY IT JUST DIED AND DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE ON SWITCH ON. I WENT TO CELL C EAST RAND MALL STOOD IN A QUE FOR 2 HOURS, GOT BAD ATTITUDE AND THE GUY TOLD ME TO BUY A NEW BATTERY, I SAID NO THIS PHONE IS BRAND NEW AND MUST HAVE A WARRANTY STILL ON IT. HE BOOKED IT OUT. AND HAD NO LOAN PHONE FOR ME TO USE. I HAD TO CALL EVERY WEEK FOR A MONTH TO GET ATTITUDE AND NO AWNSERS. AFTER A MONTH I GET THE PHONE BACK COMPLETETLY WHIPED AND THE SAME DAY IT DOES THE SAME THING. WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY STOOD IN ANOTHER QUE FOR AN HOUR TO BOOK IT OUT AGAIN. NOW ANOTHER MONTH HAS PASSED TO FIND OUT THAT IS STILL DOES THE SAME THING AND THE LADY SAYS I HAVE TO BUY A NEW BATTERY OR SEND IT BACK AGAIN FOR THE REPAIRS TO REPLACE THE BATTERY, THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS FROM THE START AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN ANOTHER MONTH AND I HAVE TO PHONE THEM TO FOLLOW-UP. WHY SHOULD I PAY MY CONTRACT IF I DONT HAVE THE PHONE OR MAKING USE OF IT. THIS IS REDICULOUS AND I SHOULD HAVE RATHER GONE WITH ANOTHER NETWORK.
