Mail sent to Telkom after various tries to cancel a service I dont even have: (Please just cancel everything)

Please note that I do not want any further service from Telkom as this company is unbelievable incompetent.
I have asked to have a Telkom adsl line installed, Please note that this has not happened. Three months.
I have had three appointments made of which I had to put in leave not once has a Telkom person come to my house for an installation waste of my time and money. very clearly stated that its an all day appointment.
I even phoned the last appointment and was assured that it will be installed, not yet done three months down the road.
You have sent me a account for services that has not been rendered I DO NOT HAVE A LINE INSTALLED YET. THEREFORE I CANNOT USE YOUR DATA.
I have phoned on three separate occasions to cancel whatever you have activated.

Third time my wife phoned after she was swopped between people for an unbelievable 40 minutes.
If I receive another account I will take legal action as Im being unlawfully charged by yourself for unrendered service
