To date, i have not heard ANYTHING from anybody, all i get is thank you for your post, I am so sorry that you struggled to receive feedback from our MTN direct team. I have escalated the matter to our manager for the team for investigation and feedback to you. So the manager & staff just dont a about the client, as long as you take our monies, the its all cool by the pool.
i do plan on taking this further and will not rest till i am happy about what was initially promised to me.
