Contract agreed via telephone & email not honoured

I received a telephone call from an agent from Elite Mobile and we agreed that I would upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy 3 Blue, my contract price would remain the same. When I received the phone, it was a Samsung Galaxy 3 Blue Mini, which was not part of the discussion. I phoned back and said the incorrect phone was sent, they advised it would be collected, which it was. Once they received the phone back in stock, they contacted me to upgrade again, but now, the phone initially agreed on the original contract was now more than an extra R100 on my contract and even the mini was extra on my contract. When I mentioned the original conversation, email (with reference number), it was said the original agent had looked at and entered the incorrect details and I don't have any other option than to upgrade to another offer. I find this unacceptable as the telephone calls are recorded as it forms part of the initial contract as well as the fact that I have it in an email stating the conditions of the contract. I look forward to a response from Elite Mobile.
